Membership services are limited to preventative maintenance and minor service support only. Membership does not include major repairs, renovations, emergency repair labor, replacement parts, specialty materials, structural repairs, specialty contractor services, cosmetic upgrades, or large-scale repair projects unless separately quoted and approved in writing.

Any services requested outside the scope of membership coverage will require a separate estimate and authorization prior to work being performed. Unused membership services or handyman hours do not roll over annually and hold no cash value.

The Member agrees to provide safe and accessible entry to the property during scheduled visits, maintain safe working conditions for Company personnel, ensure utilities and work areas are accessible when necessary, and notify the Company in advance regarding scheduling conflicts or cancellations. Howard Remodeling Group LLC reserves the right to reschedule or refuse service if unsafe conditions exist.

Either party may terminate this Agreement with thirty (30) days written notice. Howard Remodeling Group LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership services due to nonpayment, unsafe working conditions, denied property access, or violation of membership terms. The Company also reserves the right to modify membership pricing, benefits, scheduling procedures, or service offerings with reasonable notice to the Member.

Membership fees are non-refundable for services already rendered.
